To qualify for the price match, the following conditions must be met:

•        Price match only applies to OEM Remanufacturers and Production Engine Remanufacturers, PERA's.
•        Price match does not apply to used engines or machine shop engines.
•        Engines must be of the same configuration, componentry, and build levels. Documentation of such must be provided.
•        Documented quote (i.e., screen shot of URL with price, showing date and time or other such documentation) must be provided to International Diesel Ltd from qualified engine source and faxed to 1-631-737-7057.
•        Freight must be considered in price quote.
•        Engine must be of equal delivery time.
•        Documentation is subject to verification.
•        Final price match determination is at the discretion of International Diesel Ltd.
•        Price match can be canceled at any time.
